In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check and update or your personal details at any time by emailing sheffield@theskinroomsclinic.com. For insurance and regulation purposes we must hold onto personal details for 2 years post last visit, after this they will be destroyed according to data protection protocols.

Parking is paid for street parking. Many spaces area available on Sharrow Vale Road, Hickmott Road and other surrounding areas. These are available for up to 2hrs or 4hrs (with additional 20mins FOC). 

Terms and Conditions

1. The Skin Rooms Clinic ‘’12 Days of Christmas’’ (the Promotion) is open to residents of the UK only, aged 18 and over, except employees of The Skin Rooms Clinic (the Promoter), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. To take part in the Promotion, like the post, tag someone in the comments, share the post to your stories and follow @theskinrooms.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.

4. The Promotion opens on Friday 12th December at 4pm. The Promotion will close at 8pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025. In this instance, the period from 12th – 23rd December inclusive, will be known as the “Promotion Period”. Any entries outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.

5. There will be 12 prize winners, one for each day, who will be selected randomly from participants.

6. There are 12 prizes in total for each day of the competition.

Day 1: A Relaxing Skin facial including LED light therapy (worth £65). A medical history including list of allergies will be required to ensure that the treatment can go ahead.

Day 2: A Lash lift and tint (worth £35). A test patch is required 48hrs before treatment if not already a client of the business.

Day 3: A Sienna X spray tan (worth £20). A test patch is required 48hrs before treatment if not already a client of the business.

Day 4: A Microneedling treatment (worth £100). Only for face. A medical history including list of allergies will be required to ensure that the treatment can go ahead

Day 5: A Medik8 Platinum facial (worth £75). A medical history including list of allergies will be required to ensure that the treatment can go ahead.

Day 6: A Medik8 Total Reset Peel (worth £85). A medical history including list of allergies will be required to ensure that the treatment can go ahead.

Day 7: A set of gel nails (worth £30). Cured Gel polish and nail tidy only (not a BIAB treatment). Not including nail art. A description of allergies and nail history will be required to ensure safety of treatment. For 18yrs+.

Day 8: A reflexology Consultation & treatment curtesy of Bole Hill Reflexology.

A medical history and assessment is required for treatment.

Day 9: A Microdermabrasion treatment (worth £55). A medical history including list of allergies will be required to ensure that the treatment can go ahead.

Day 10: A brow lamination treatment (worth £30). A test patch is required 48hrs before treatment if not already a client of the business.

Day 11: A £50 gift voucher to be used in clinic. Must be used against a treatment (not applicable against products). Voucher must be used in its entirety. Money left on voucher cannot be redeemed again.

Day 12: A product bundle worth over £150. Picked by the clinic exceeding the value of £150. Inclusive of directions for use and full ingredient list.

7. The prizes do not include travel expenses or insurance.

8. The winners will be contacted by direct message from @theskinrooms by Wednesday 24th December 2025. The winners must respond to notification of their prize by 2pm on Saturday 27th December 2025. Failure to respond in that time will result in the prize being forfeited and the Promoters reserves the right to select a new winner, in these circumstances.

9. The terms of booking will be within clinic operating hours. All product prizes are to be collected from the clinic on arrangement with The Skin Rooms Clinic.

10. The winners agree to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material free of charge.

11. The decision of the Promoter in relation to the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party.

12. The name of the winners are available on request.

13. Automated, bulk or third-party entries will be disqualified. Any incomplete, corrupted or entries not in accordance with the entry instructions, will be rejected. Any entries from participants, who we reasonably believe have acted unfairly, will be disqualified.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that it deems to be suspicious or achieved through manipulation of the promotion or any of the platforms that it is made available through.

15. The prizes are not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

19. Any personal information provided will be used in conjunction with The Skin Rooms Clinic Privacy Policy which you can see online at www.theskinroomsclinic.com or upon request.

20. No social media website (such as Facebook, Instagram, X or any other such website) are sponsors of the Promotion and have no responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Promotion.

21. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Courts.
